• All of our products are derived from 100% organic HEMP.
• Our products are carefully crafted to meet the standards set forth in the 2018 Farm Bill, ensuring full compliance with legal requirements.
• Though Hemp and Marijuana are indistinguishable to the naked eye, they are  legally and scientifically distinct. Both the terms “marijuana” and “hemp” describe the cannabis plant. Marijuana is classified as a Schedule I substance under the Controlled Substances Act (“CSA”). 21 USC § 801 et seq. 
• The Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018 (the “2018 Farm Bill”) defines hemp as follows: The term ‘hemp’ means the plant Cannabis sativa L. and any part of that plant, including the seeds thereof and all derivatives, extracts, cannabinoids, isomers, acids, salts, and salts of isomers, whether growing or not, with a delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol concentration of not more than 0.3 percent on a dry weight basis. 2018 Farm Bill, Section 297A. The 2018 Farm Bill amends the CSA’s definition of marijuana to exclude hemp. Id. at Section 12619. The 2018 Farm Bill also prohibits states or Indian tribes from prohibiting the interstate transport or delivery of hemp. Id. Section 10114.
• Our products have not been evaluated by the FDA for the treatment or prevention of any diseases. We encourage you to incorporate our products into your routine mindfully, listening to your body's needs.
• Our products are non-psychoactive (will not produce a "high"). However, there may be minimal traces of THC (less than 0.3%) present. Please be aware of this if you undergo drug testing.
• While it is incredibly rare and unlikely for hemp-derived products that follow the above guidelines to produce a positive drug test result, we are obligated by law to make this disclosure.
• Store your wellness goodies out of reach of children.
