My odyssey began with my own journey of self-discovery and acceptance. Overcoming crippling bouts of depression and anxiety brought on by hustle culture, a lack of discipline and being disconnected from my creativity. I had to navigate the harsh judgements I held towards myself, my pleasure, and the freedom to indulge as well as heal. I came to the profound realization that the well-being of our minds and bodies is an intricate dance, an interplay that requires intention and the right tools.

 

Witnessing my mother navigate the relentless challenges posed by arthritis and epilepsy challenged the way I felt about medicines that only keep ailments at bay – but not the pain. My conviction was further fueled as I stood by my partner, a warrior in their own right, battling chronic pain and grappling with bouts of paralysis. Friends, family and colleagues all pushed me to ponder and explore natural, holistic avenues for relief.

 

 

This brand is not just a venture; it's an impassioned mission born from the intimate threads of personal experience, resilience, and an unyielding desire to encourage a culture of living & navigating life with more relief, rest and ease. And  allowing nature’s bounty to be an aide in that.
