Shipping

At b.well BOTANICS, we're all about making your experience as simple as CBD, 123 – including our shipping process. Here's what you need to know:

• Order Confirmation: Upon placing an order, you’ll receive an acknowledgment email confirming we've received your order. If all items are in stock at the time of purchase, you'll receive a follow-up email confirming the items ordered have been shipped.
• Orders ship out Monday through Friday, because we're about keeping the serenity flowing all week long. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the following business day.
• Please give us 3 to 5 business days to work our magic and get your goodies shipped out to you. We're all about quality here, so we take our time to make sure everything's just right.
• Once your order is processed, we'll provide up to date tracking information. Wellness is on the way. 
• Shipping Restrictions: We do not ship CBD Flower to California, Idaho, Iowa, or Utah due to local laws. Currently, we do not ship internationally.
  
  
• We ship our orders via USPS for Standard Shipping.

Returns

We strive to ensure your experience with our products is nothing short of the  warm hug from an old friend that you didn't know you needed. The perfect nap on a tranquil Sunday afternoon. Your favorite little treat to end the day.

But in this robust experience called life -- our pleasure falls short of guaranteed.

Here's what you need to know about our return policy:

• You have 30 days from your purchase date to request a return or exchange of unopened merchandise. Please note that opened or tampered products will not be accepted or eligible for return/exchange.
• We may only accept unopened products that are still in their original condition & packaging (ex: labeling, safety seal, etc)
•  Our goal is to maintain the purity and integrity of our offerings to ensure you receive the best possible experience.
